Kirkwood Cup
The rules of the Kirkwood Cup are as follows:
- The object of this competition is to give a game to as many curlers in the Province as possible. Skips who represent any Club in the Allan Cup or Claud Allan Medal competitions during the current season, are eligible to play but must play lead or second.
- This Competition will be played on the basis of two rinks per club; there will be a minimum of six players per Club.
- The winning club will be decided
a) Shots up
b) Ends scored
c) Total shots scored.
- If these are all equal the cup shall be shared, but the award of the Province Medal shall be decided by the toss of a coin.
- The winners of the Kirkwood Cup shall be deemed also to have won the Province Medal presented by the Royal Caledonian Curling Club annually, and the Honorary Secretary will apply for it on their behalf.
