Scottish Curling have named Jim MacDonald as part of their 20-man squad to represent Scotland on the 2027 US Tour.
The three-week tour, taking place across January and February 2027, continues the historic curling rivalry between Scotland and the USA. First contested in 1952, the Herries Maxwell Trophy represents decades of friendship, hospitality and shared passion for the Roaring Game across the Atlantic.
The most recent contest, hosted in Scotland in 2022, saw the United States claim the trophy. In 2027, Scotland will be determined to respond on American ice and bring the trophy home once again.
